It has been a long time since I shared a kitchen tip. This is one I use all the time.
As a mother of young children I like to have smaller noodles for spaghetti. It makes it easier for the kids to eat and they easily fit into the pot of boiling water.
I used to just take them out of the box and have a mess of tiny noodles all over the kitchen when I broke them but I found this tip and use it every time I make spaghetti…
Leave the spaghetti noodles in the box or wrapping and using the counter as an edge. push the box/bag against the counter at the center of the box.
Waaallaaaa! broken noodles and no little noodles flying all over the place. Love the simplicity.
Happy Cooking,
The Frabjus Lady
